Return Eligibility
- To start a return, ensure the product is returned with the packaging.
- At least 70% of the item must be available, and you cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
- Provide your bank details for a smooth refund process. We prioritize your satisfaction and are here to assist – contact customer service for help.
- The return must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- Change of mind will not be accepted.
How to Initiate Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@houseofmall.com or +923235042156 within 72 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will refund you the amount in your bank account. In case of rejection of refund, the reason will be communicated with you.
